Yes — like many things, some of our most cherished friendships must come to an end. It’s often unexpected — who amongst us hasn’t felt that we’d be friends with a particular person forever — and when it occurs, it’s painful. That said, some things must be done, and life is all about change and learning. The lesson in these instances is that nothing lasts forever.
