The details of the Chauvin trial are too much for many of us. We don’t want to hear how George Floyd was slowly killed by Derek Chauvin’s knee on Mr. Floyd’s neck. Yet, details of the trial are everywhere. There comes a time for those who have historically been on the receiving end of racism — often brutal and too often fatal — and now’s the time.
